Chef Patrick Breaux, Executive Chef at Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club, is an innovative leader with over 40 years’ culinary arts experience. With commitment to quality, service and involvement in the community, Chef Breaux has also earned thirty-eight medals in the American Culinary Classic, including Best of Show. He is known for producing fine, creative menus with special attention to healthfulness, using local seasonal ingredients and has been named Chef of the Year by the Acadiana Culinary Federation. Four year President of the American Culinary Foundation, Acadiana Chapter, Chef Pat Breaux uses his creative talents to cater events impressing even the most discerning of palates.
